Roof top tents, ground tents, diy beds, car mattresses…whatever you’re spending your money or time on to sleep at night while overlanding, stop. I just “discovered” the best (cheapest) way to do this.
Only a few cars I know can do this and you can’t be a giant. But if you remove your headrest, slide your front seat all the way forward and bend the seat all the way down. You can make a flat lazy boy-like platform to sleep on.
